Al Stone, Jr., age 61, of Fayette, AL, passed away on Sunday, October23, 2022 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Love Joy Cemetery.  Camron Reese, Harold Haynes and Faye Smith Arnold to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Al was born on April 9, 1961in Columbus, MS to the late Alfred V. Stone Sr. and the late Mildred Haney Stone.  He was a 1979 graduate of Sulligent High School and later attended Bevill State Community College.  Al previously worked at Apex Ammunition in Columbus, MS.  He was a Mason at Lodge#532 and enjoyed fishing, working on guns and was an avid Alabama football fan.  He also loved politics.
