Bruce Edward Boyett, age 49, loving husband of Heather Hulsey Boyett of Hamilton, AL, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020. He was born January 21, 1971, in Guin, AL to Louie Boyett and the late Brenda May Boyett. He was a member of the Detroit Church of God. Bruce received his salvation in 1997 followed by his baptism that same year. He married Heather on August 07, 1992, in Beaverton, AL. Over the last 28 years they built a life of love together that most people dream of and hope to achieve. Together, they welcomed into this world their four beautiful children: Austin Bruce (age 25), Noah Colin (age 18), Briana Grace (age18), and Ella Paige (age 16). In 2017, they welcomed Hannah (wife of Austin) into their family followed by their sweet grandbaby Carter Loyd in 2018. They are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Emerson Paige this December. Bruce always wanted a large family to share his life with and the Lord answered his prayers...his quiver was full. He loved every minute of the time he spent with his family. They were his pride and joy...he never wanted to miss a thing that anyone was involved in or a part of. It is obvious to all who knew Bruce that he loved his family unconditionally. He always made sure they knew that love on a daily basis. He was the most loving husband, father and papa. The legacy that Bruce leaves behind is one that all great men should strive to achieve...one of true, unconditional love, devotion to family and a love for the Lord above all else.
