Carolyn Ann Haynes, age 81, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bro. William Kirkman to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Carolyn was born on January 12, 1944 in Lamar Co., AL to the late Walter Weeks and the late Mandy Lee Humbers Weeks.  She attended Sulligent School.  Carolyn previously worked at McCoy Manufacturing for 16 years and worked in the Sulligent High School Lunchroom for 19 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking, especially for her family.  She was a faithful friend, loving mother, and a true blessing to all who loved and knew her.  Her bright smile and kind heart will always be cherished and forever missed.  Carolyn was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church.
