Celinda Brown, age 76, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.  Private family Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in the Fairview Cemetery.  Bro. Harrison Walker to officiate.

Celinda was born on June 24, 1948 in Brilliant, AL to the late William Hugh Brown and the late Willie B. Hicks Brown.  She was a graduate of Todd High School and later graduated from MSCW (MUW) in Columbus, MS.  Celinda honorably served in the US Marine Corp and retired from the AL Army National Guard.  She previously worked for Mental Health.  She attended Rocky Grove Baptist Church in Hamilton, AL.  Her loving memory will always be cherished and greatly missed.
