Charles Allen, age 75, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at DCH in Tuscaloosa, AL. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2021 in the Otts Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm. Bro. Glen Boman and Bro. Jimmy May to officiate. Burial to follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Charles was born on July 21, 1946 in Lamar County, AL to the late Grover Allen and the late Marie Humphreys. He attended Lamar County High School. He retired from Lamar County District 3 as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
