Clytee Flynn Mitchell, age 97, formerly of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Sunshine Health and Rehab in Pontotoc, MS.  A visitation service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm with a Graveside Service and burial immediately following at the Sulligent City Cemetery.

Clytee was born November 18, 1927 in Sulligent, AL to the late William Forrest Markham and the late Annie Sizemore Markham. She was a graduate of Sulligent High School and later attended Florence State Teacher College. Clytee previously worked and retired from Reltoc Manufacturing in Beaverton, AL. She enjoyed traveling and reading and loved being outdoors, especially gardening and keeping her yard nice. She was a member of Sulligent United Methodist Church and Hatley Missionary Baptist Church. Her loving heart and bright spirit will always be cherished and greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
