Clytee Pennington Wood, age 93, of Vernon, AL passed away Friday, October 16, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.  Private family funeral services will be held with burial in Lamar Memory Gardens.  Jim Wright to officiate.

Clytee was born on May 15, 1927 in Lamar County, AL to the late James Lesley Pennington and the late Mary Jane Lewis.  She worked as a seamstress in the garment industry.  Clytee enjoyed sewing, quilting, and yardwork.  She was of Baptist faith.
