Curlie Jean Marchbanks, age 70, of Sulligent, AL passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at her residence.  Private family graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 1:30pm in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bishop Willie Joe Hollis to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the graveside service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.

Curlie was born on May 8, 1950 in Lamar County, Alabama to the late Coy Smith and the late Lodell Rachel.  She attended Sulligent High School.  Curlie previously worked at Glenn Enterprises.  She enjoyed traveling, flowers, helping people and her church, and spending time with her family and friends.  Curlie was a member of Turkey Creek Church of God.
