Daniel Clyde Knight, age 95, of Winfield, AL, formerly of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Kemp Meadows in Winfield, AL.  A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Parlor with burial to follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Detroit, AL.

Daniel was born on July 19, 1927 in Detroit, AL to the late J.E. Knight and the late Pauline Knight.  He worked as a brick mason for several years.  He proudly served in the U.S. Army.  He enjoyed looking for ginseng, hunting, and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and Alabama Football fan.  Daniel attended church at People's Tabernacle.
