Marcus Cantrell, age 64, of Beaverton, AL, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Webb Cemetery. Bro. Arnold Sheets to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Marcus was born on March 29, 1960 in Guin, AL to the late William Olin Cantrell and the late Edral Mae Carrouth Cantrell.  He was a 1979 graduate of Sulligent High School.  Marcus, alongside his father, worked on tractors and painted them.  He enjoyed being outdoors, especially gardening.  He attended Union Chapel Baptist Church.  His loving memory will always be cherished and greatly missed.
