Donald Ray Duncan, age 73, of Vernon, AL passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bro. Arnold Sheets to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Donald Ray was born on August 22, 1947 in Sulligent, AL to the late Troy Duncan and the late Dorothy Woodham.  He attended Sulligent High School.  Donald previously owned and operated Sulligent Motors.  He enjoyed horses, mules, wagon riding, Nascar, and was an avid Alabama Football fan. Donald attended Freewill Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
