Doyle Lee Cannon, age 73, of Hamilton, AL formerly of Beaverton, AL passed away at Sanctuary Hospice House, Tupelo, Ms, on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 2:00pm, from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Olive Hill Cemetery. Bro. Jeremy Sorrells to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 12pm until service time at 2:00pm.  In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Eldridge Children's Home PO Box 8 Eldridge AL 35554 or to the Sanctuary Hospice House PO Box 2177 Tupelo, MS 38803.

Doyle was born on July 28, 1947 in Beaverton, AL, to the late Coy Cannon and Lodema Seals Cannon. He was a 1966 graduate of Marion County High School. Doyle served during the Vietnam War, in the U.S. Navy. He previously worked as a truck driver. Doyle was a member of the Beaverton Baptist Church, The Masonic Lodge and The Elk Lodge. His enjoyed riding motorcycles and camping; Doyle was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
