Eddie R. Scott, age 64, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in Webb Cemetery.  Bro. Steven Sanderson to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Eddie was born on February 27, 1961 in Vernon, AL to the late Rabon Scott and Annette Scott.  He attended Detroit School.  Eddie previously worked for several companies, including Butler Trucking, Flowers Bread Co., and McCoy Manufacturing.  He loved studying History and traveling the country with his wife, Nell.   Eddie loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time together, especially his grandchildren, making memories.  He was a member of Shiloh North Church.  His humble spirit and kind heart will always be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.
