Cleo Cooper Foster, age 87, of Sulligent, AL passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery.  Bro. William Kirkman and Bro. Brian Kirkman to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 10:30am until 11:00am.  The family requests that everyone attending please wear facemasks to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Cleo was born on October 28, 1934 in Lamar County, AL to the late Martin Cooper and the late Delia Smith Cooper.  She attended Lamar County High School.  Cleo loved her church and enjoyed cooking, sewing, and outings with her friends.  She was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church.
