Gary Michael Humbers, age 64, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery.  Bro. Terry McAdams to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Gary was born on May 12, 1960 in Columbus, MS to the late George William Humbers and Annie Faye Owens Humbers.  He attended Sulligent Schools. Gary previously worked in the lumber business.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially going fishing and loved watching his favorite football team, the Alabama Crimson Tide.  His loving memory will always be cherished and greatly missed.
