Gary C. Millican, age 74, of Detroit, AL, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL. Funeral services with Masonic rites will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Liberty Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Devin Henry and Bro. Tim Harris to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Gary was born on November 4, 1946 in Detroit, AL to the late L.C. Millican and the late Exie Williams.  He attended Sulligent High School.  Gary previously was an insurance agent with Mutual Savings.  He was a Mason and a Deacon in Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.  Gary enjoyed gardening, gun trading, spending time with his family, attending church, talking with his friends at the coffee shop and working outdoors.
