Grace Denise Downs, age 54, of Guin, AL, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery.  Rev. Johnny Lee Stewart to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.

Grace was born on November 26, 1967 in Guin, AL to the late George Downs and the late Effie Lee Wallace.  She was a 1987 graduate of Marion County High School.  Grace enjoyed planting flowers, sightseeing, music, loved her family and was an avid Auburn fan.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Guin, AL.
