Jean Lucas, age 80, of Winfield, AL, formerly of Detroit, AL, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at her residence.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 12:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial of cremains to follow in Liberty Cemetery.  Her son in law, Bro. Darren Pollard to officiate.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the memorial service from 10:00am until 12:00pm.

Jean was born on January 9, 1945 in Lamar County, AL to the late Fred Eastman and the late Vice Long Eastman.  She attended Hamilton schools.  Jean previously worked at McCoy Manufacturing.  She enjoyed being outdoors in her garden and working with her flowers, especially roses, which were her favorite.  She loved her family dearly and cherished spending time with her only granddaughter, Zoe.  Her loving heart and beautiful spirit will always be remembered and greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
