Jenell O. Henley, age 81, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026 at Arabella Health and Wellness in Vernon, AL.  The family has chosen cremation and private family memorial services will be held at a later date.

Jenell was born on January 23, 1945 in Savannah, GA to the late Woodrow W. Oglesby, Sr. and the late Jenny Mae Helmly Oglesby.  She was a graduate of Effington High School in Guyton, GA.  Jenell was the best "Granny" to her grandchildren, which she adored.  Her family meant everything to her and she loved helping raise her precious grands.   Jenell was actively involved in her church at Aboundant Life in Springfield, GA.  Her loving and tender spirit will never be forgotten and always cherished in the hearts of those who loved and knew her.

Grandchildren: Sky Henley, Noah Henley (Courtland),

Jasper Henley, Tymber Henley, Ethan Henley and Chloe Henley

Great Grandchildren: Fischer Cole Henley and Ella Marie Henley, due November 2026
