Jimmie Tucker, age 75, of Greenwood Springs, MS, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at NMMC Tupelo, MS. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 4:00pm  from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in the Sartor Cemetery. Bro. Stanley Blaylock, Bro. Ben Powell, Bro. Phillip Blaylock, and Bro. Steve Blaylock to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, from 3:00 pm until service time at 4:00 pm.

Mr. Jimmie Ray Tucker was born August 5, 1947, in Kennett, MO, to the late Raymond R. Tucker and the late Edna Blaylock. He was a graduate of Auburn High School in Rockford, IL. Jimmie worked as technical communicator and retired from Thompson Machinery in Belden, MS.  He attended Bethel Apostolic Church in Amory, MS. Jimmie enjoyed fishing, doing the Lord's work, and doing jail ministry for the Lamar County Jail.
