Joey Lynn Murphy, age 59, of Hamilton, AL passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Dwayne Cantrell to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 10:00am-11:00am.

Joey was born on April 13, 1962 in Amory, MS to the late J.L. Murphy and the late Sarah Thomas.  He attended Detroit and Sulligent schools.  Joey was a truck driver and enjoyed working on vehicles.
