Joyce Fulton, age 86, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the residence.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial and graveside services to follow in Shiloh Cemetery.  Bro. Jerry Pearson to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Joyce was born on March 25, 1939 in Vernon, AL to the late Luther Williams and the late Mary Leola "Jo" Nichols Bruce.  She attended High School in Granbury, Texas.  Joyce previously worked as a waitress, caregiver, and owned Kountry Creations in Vernon, AL.  She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, sewing and working with flowers.  Joyce loved her family dearly and cherished spending time with them, especially her grandchildren and great grands.  Her loving heart and bright spirit will always be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
