Karen Denise Robinson, age 69, of Guin, AL, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Guin Group Home in Guin, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bro. Kevin Black to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:30pm until 2:00pm.

Karen was born on March 12, 1954 in Birmingham, AL to the late Ersknel Robinson and the late Catherine Sanders Robinson.  She was a graduate of Fultondale High School.  Karen was a Northwest Alabama Mental Health client that enjoyed spending time with friends at Guin Group Home and Hamilton Manor.  She loved making people laugh and had a great sense of humor.  She liked smoking her cigarettes and getting to take occasional trips to McDonald's for a large Mocha frappe which was her absolute favorite.  Karen's kind and loving spirit and pure joy over the simplest of things in life will always be cherished and greatly missed by all those who loved and knew her.
