Kinsley Ann Carter, age 2 months, of Columbus, MS passed away at her residence on Thursday, September 30, 2021.  Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 11:00am at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Sulligent, AL.  Bro. Paul Barham to officiate. Visitation will be held at Otts Funeral Home on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 6:00pm until 7:00pm.

Kinsley was born on July 29, 2021 to Juston Carter and Rhonda Woolbright.
