Larry Clinton Woodham, age 71, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, AL.  Private family funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Lamar Memory Gardens in Vernon, AL.  Bro. William Kirkman to officiate.

Larry was born on November 14, 1952 in Okalona, MS to the late Veto Woodham and the late Annie Mae Merchant Woodham.  He attended Sulligent High School.  Larry was previously employed at Hyster in Sulligent, AL.  He enjoyed being outdoors, and especially loved going fishing and woodworking.  Larry was a devoted family man that treasured spending time with his son, grandchildren and great grandchildren. His loving memory will always be cherished and greatly missed.
