Laura Metcalfe, age 103, of Sulligent, AL passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at her residence.  Private family graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 12:30pm at Fairview Cemetery.  Elder David LeSueur to officiate. Visitation will be held at Otts Funeral Home prior the graveside service from 11:00am until 12:00pm.

Laura was born on February 9, 1918 in Sulligent, Alabama to the late Jimmy Wallace and the late Mary Thompson-Wallace.  She attended Lamar County Training School.  Laura was a member of Roxanna Independent Church of God where she was Mother of the Church and Church Treasurer.  She enjoyed gardening, singing, and traveling.
