Leona Mae May, age 75, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.  The family has chosen cremation and no memorial services will be held.

Leona was born on June 18, 1947 in Peshawbestown, Michigan to the late Louise Chippewa.  She attended schools in Trevor City, Michigan.  Leona previously worked at a military supply company, Bill's Dollar Store, and the Salvation Army.  She enjoyed painting and any crafts, especially making jewelry.
