Manda Egger Pennington, age 83, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024 at Generations of Vernon Nursing Home in Vernon, AL. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Prospect Cemetery in Sulligent, AL. Bro. Doug Wharton to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Manda was born on September 27, 1941 in Lamar County, AL to the late Greely Egger and Lillian Moore Egger. She graduated from Sulligent High School in 1959. Manda was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in the yard and gardening. Manda especially loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
