OBITUARY

Mary Ann Gardner Coleman, age 71, of Detroit, AL, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at North MS Medical Center in Hamilton, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in Glass Cemetery.  Bro. Robert Hairston to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Mary was born on February 20, 1952 in Detroit, AL to the late Kemp Gardner the late Lanie Marie Phillips.  She attended Todd High School.  Mary previously worked at Detroit Slacks.  She enjoyed spending time outside gardening and loved canning all her vegetables.  Mary also liked to work puzzles and sew.  She was a member of Westside Church of Christ.  Mary's sweet spirit will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
