Mike A. Hollis, age 54, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025 at NMMC in Tupelo, MS.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery in Monroe Co., MS.  Bro. B.J. Mills and Bro. Heath Webb to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Mike was born on March 21, 1970 in Amory, MS to the late Johnny Hollis and Brenda Gilliland. He was a 1988 graduate of Sulligent High School.  He escorted mobile homes for Max Welch.  Mike really enjoyed being outdoors mowing grass or going hunting and fishing, especially with his brother, Jeremy.  He loved his dog, Joe Boo, and spending time with his family which meant the most to him.  Mike was an avid sports fan, especially known for his love of the Alabama Crimson Tide and Miami Dophins. His loving heart and bright spirit will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
