Nannie Christian South, age 92, of Sulligent, AL passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.  A private family funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 10:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Bro. Matthew Paul to officiate.

Nannie was born on June 23, 1927 in Sulligent, AL to the late Tommy Lee Christian and the late Julia Butler.  She attended Sulligent Schools. Nannie previously worked at McCoy Manufacturing, Vernon Manufacturing, and Fines Department Store.  She enjoyed puzzles, quilting, dominoes, gardening, and genealogy.  Nannie was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
