Penny Brom, age 67, of Sulligent, AL passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial and graveside services to follow in Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bro. Brian Reeves and Bro. Lynn Godsey to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Penny was born on September 15, 1952 in Crossett, Arkansas to the late L.E. "Monk" Shackelford and the late Mildred Rushing.  She was a 1970 graduate of Lamar County High School.  Penny was a member of Celebration Worship Center.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
