Myrle Turman, age 83, of West Point, MS, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Dugan Memorial Home in West Point, MS.  The family has chosen cremation and no services will be held.

Rebecca "Myrle" Turman was born on January 29, 1942 in Harrison, Arkansas to the late J. Lester Murphy and the late Pauline Leona Mays Murphy.  She previously worked for Turner's Truck Stop in Mathiston, MS for over 17 years.  Myrle enjoyed being outside anytime she could, especially working in her garden and tending to her flowers.  She also loved to research family genealogy.  Her family will always cherish her beautiful memory and never forget all the love she shared with them.  She was a member of Midway Church of Christ.
