Rollie Clayton Frye, age 90, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Fulton Bridge Cemetery.  Bro. Ben Vernon to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 10:00am until 11:00am.

Rollie was born on August 27, 1932 in Lamar County, AL to the late Dan Frye and the late Icy Edwards.  He was a graduate of Winfield City High School and later attended Northwest State Technical College in Hamilton, AL.  Rollie was a member of the American Legion, Post #32 in Sulligent, AL and a Mason at the Sulligent Masonic Lodge #532.  He served in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1951-1953.  He was a member of Vernon First United Methodist Church.
