Rosie L. Hackman, age 84, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at DCH in Northport, AL.   Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 12:00pm in the Redus Cemetery.  Ms. Ethel Doughtery to officiate.  Visitation will be held in the Otts Funeral Home Chapel prior to the graveside service from 11:00am until 12:00pm.

Rosie was born on March 10, 1941 in Fayette, AL to the late Fonda Doughtery and the late Gracie Sudduth.  She attended Fayette County Schools.  Rosie attended Friendship Baptist Church at an early age.  She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and cooking for her family.  She was bright spirit who loved on everyone she met with a joyful heart.  Rosie loved to listen to music and fellowship with her friends.  Her charismatic personality and laughter will forever be missed by all those loved and knew her.
