Samantha Ann Cantrell, age 48, of Vernon, AL, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. James Godsey to officiate.

Samantha was born on December 8, 1972 in Columbus, MS to William Cantrell and Betty Langford.  She attended schools in Vernon, AL and Caledonia, MS.  Samantha previously worked at Generations of Vernon and Max's Fried Chicken.  She enjoyed watching crime shows and spending time with her grandchildren.
