Sandra "Sandy" Kay Belk, age 47, of Brilliant, AL passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in West Alabama Memorial Gardens in Gu-Win, AL.  Bro. Jim Lumpkin to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Sandy was born on September 22, 1973 in Janesville, WI to the late Donald Quade and Shelia Mansell.  She attended schools in Wisconsin.  Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and especially her grandchildren.  She attended Kingdom Faith Church in Brilliant, AL.
