Sarah "Delane" Robertson, age 74, of Pooler, GA, formerly of Vernon, AL, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 in Georgia.  Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11:00am at Vernon First Freewill Baptist Church.  Bro. Joe Beckon to officiate. Inurnment will be in the Shiloh-Pinhook Cemetery in the Hightogy Community.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Trinity Freewill Baptist Camp, 1835 Co. Road 3, Guin, AL  35563.

Delane was born on March 19, 1949 in Fayette, AL to the late Myrt Wheeler and the late Dessie Mitchell Wheeler.  She was a graduate of Lamar County High School.  Delane was previously employed at Pizza to Go in Vernon, AL and at Service Merchandise for several years.  She enjoyed to cross-stitching, making all kinds of crafts and loved to cook.  She was a member of Vernon First Freewill Baptist Church.  She loved her family dearly and cherished the time they spent together.
