Shawna Miles Pace, age 31, of Guin, AL, formerly of Sulligent, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at DCH Medical Center, Fayette, AL. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from the Sulligent First Assembly of God at 1:00pm with burial to follow in the the Guin City Cemetery, Guin, AL. Bro. Jerry Oakes and Bro. Kelvin Price to officiate the services. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 6pm until 8pm.

Shawna was born May 6, 1993 in Winfield Alabama to Anthony Miles and Kathryn Holbrook. She was a 2011 graduate of Sulligent High School. Shawna was employed by Aberdeen Janitorial. She was a member of the Sulligent First Assembly of God church. She loved her church and her church family. Shawna loved helping others and had a contagious smile, a servant's heart and a way of always making others feel important. She loved Jesus and loved to worship him through praise and worship music. She faithfully served others and in her church as a part of the women's ministry, children's church ministry, drama team and church cleaning. She and her husband Jeremy also served in the Overcomer's Ministry at the church. Shawna loved her children and loved being a mother. Her vibrant smile, compassionate heart, love for Jesus and others will be remembered and cherished by all who loved and knew her.
