Sheila Cole Pounders, age 63, of Pontotoc, MS, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at her residence.  Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Chapel.  Bro. Jack Dillard to officiate.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior the memorial service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Sheila was born on October 10, 1957 in Chicago, IL to the late John D. Cole and the late Betty Jean Irvin.  She attended Greenwood Springs School.  Sheila was the co-owner of Pounders Construction.  She enjoyed cross-stitching and cooking.  Sheila was a member of First Assembly of God in Sulligent, AL.
