Shelby Jean Warren, age 73, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.  In honoring Ms. Shelby's wishes, the family has chosen cremation and no memorial services will be held.

Shelby was born on January 5, 1950 in Lamar Co., Alabama to the late Thomas Green Lucas and the late Donna Dean Hudson Lucas.  She was a 1968 graduate of Sulligent High School. Shelby previously worked at McCoy Manufacturing, Detroit Slacks, and  worked in Home Health for 5 years.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and spending time outdoors tending to her flowers, gardening and fishing.
