Terry Lee Pennington, age 61, of Vernon, AL passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 30th, 2020 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Furnace Hill Cemetery.  Bro. Don Taggart to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.

Terry was born on December 1, 1958 in Hamilton, AL to the late Hozie W. Pennington and the late Maud Belk.  He was a 1977 graduate of Lamar County High School.  Terry was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served on the USS Ly Spears AS 36.  He was also a truck driver.  Terry enjoyed riding motorcycles, collecting guns.  He loved animals and mechanic work.  Terry was a member of Springfield Freewill Baptist Church.
