Timothy Garrett Duncan, age 36, of Vernon, AL, left his earthly home on Thursday, March 27, 2025 in Waycross, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 3:00pm at Sulligent First Assembly of God. Bro. Jerry Oakes and Bro. Reed Eaves to officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to LCHS Paws, P.O. Box 534, Vernon, AL 35592 or your favorite charity.

Garrett was born on September 12, 1988 in Amory, MS to Tim Duncan and Pam Pinkerton Duncan. He was a member of the 2007 graduating class of Lamar County High School. To know Garrett was to love him. He had a huge heart and a very quick wit. He had the most infectious laugh and beautiful smile and he gave the very best hugs.
Garrett leaves to cherish his loving memory, his parents; Tim and Pam Duncan. He was the oldest of five children, leaving behind sister, Shannon Nabors and her husband Kellen; Brother, Bryant Duncan and his wife Courtney, Sister; Hannah Wise and her husband CJ, Brother; Hayden Duncan and girlfriend Ashlynn and two nephews, Brycen and Bowen Nabors whom he loved and adored just as they loved and adored him. He also leaves behind his Uncles and Aunts; Curt and Donna Whitford, Greg and Pebbles Pinkerton, Tony Duncan, and Susie Buckley, who loved him as their own and a host of cousins. Garrett also had a bonus sister, Katelyn Bynum and a very special friend, Lana Shelton, and his furbabies, Taylor and Obie. He had bonus families that loved him as well, The Pennington's and Shelton's. Uncle "G" also had a host of bonus nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Benoit and Shirley Duncan, Joe and Jean Pinkerton, and cousin, Katie Buckley.
