Travis Merchant, age 70, of Amory, MS passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center-Gilmore in Amory, MS.  The family has chosen cremation and no funeral services will be held.

Travis was born on July 26, 1950 in Lamar County, AL to the late James David Merchant and the late Icie Fay Humphries.  He attended school at Lamar County High School.  Travis previously worked at Hyster in Sulligent, AL and worked for Dr. Hollis in Amory, MS.  He enjoyed working outside and keeping up his farm.
