Tyrin DaJuan Bankhead, age 26, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Sulligent, AL, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 in Atlanta, GA.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Superintendent Murry Johnson and Pastor Samuel Cole to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until service time at 2:00pm.

Tyrin was born on October 31, 1994 in Amory, MS to Ronnie Allen Rodgers and Tabitha Jean Bankhead.  He was a 2014 graduate of Sulligent High School. Tyrin loved being outdoors, playing basketball, and being well dressed.  He was an avid Alabama Football fan. Tyrin was a member of New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ.
