William "Bill" Belk III, age 53, of Detroit, AL, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Otts Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Keith Rhudy to officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Bill was born on December 17, 1968 in Vernon, AL to William E. Belk Jr. and to the late Edith Shackelford. He attended school in Talladega, AL.
