William Jerome Johnson, age 64, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services and burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery.  Rev. Foster Wallace to officiate.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.

William was born on April 20, 1960 in Vernon, Alabama to the late Robert William Johnson and the late Millie Gray Howard Johnson.  He was a 1980 graduate of Sulligent High School.  William retired from Alabama State Highway Department after numerous years of dedicated service.  He was a proud Mason and enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and gardening.  He loved and cherished his family most of all and always looked forward to spending time with them.  William was a member of Land of the Living Church in Sulligent, AL.

Seth Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Jordyn O'Neal, Trinity Metcalfe

Great Grandchildren: Adelia Ollie, Corbin Jay Ollie, Avani Ollie
